KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — May 5, 2025 – Melrose Title Company is proud to announce that Erica L. McClure, Esq., has been named a Partner of the company. Erica currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer, providing legal guidance across all aspects of title work and managing commercial real estate transactions.
Since joining Melrose Title in 2021, Erica has been a driving force behind the company’s continued growth and success. She celebrated her fourth anniversary with the company in January 2025, marking a tenure defined by professionalism, dedication, and a client-centered approach.
A licensed attorney in Tennessee since 2013, Erica brings a diverse legal background to her role. Originally from Northeastern Ohio, she has called Knoxville home since 2008. Erica holds degrees from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and earned her J.D. from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law.
Before joining Melrose Title, Erica built a career practicing Juvenile and Family Law, Contract Law, and HR Law. Her passion for client advocacy, her attention to detail, and her commitment to building strong relationships have made her an invaluable member of the Melrose Title team.
